Service scope
SocialRocket offers follower and subscriber packages for supported social platforms shown on the website. Services are processed using the public profile or channel link provided by the customer.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide the correct public URL, keep the profile or channel accessible while the order is processing and avoid changing usernames, deleting content or making the target private during fulfillment.
Payments and processing
Orders may begin processing after payment confirmation. The package price is displayed before checkout. Payment status is confirmed through the payment provider flow.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation may not be possible once processing has started. Refunds are reviewed according to the Refund Policy and the status of the order.
Platform independence
SocialRocket is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Twitch, X or other social media platforms mentioned on this website.
Follower and subscriber retention
SocialRocket processes each order according to the purchased package and the public link provided by the customer. Actions, review systems and algorithms of external social media platforms are outside SocialRocket's control. A platform may remove, deactivate, restrict or adjust accounts, followers, subscribers or related counts after delivery. SocialRocket does not guarantee permanent retention of every delivered unit and does not promise that no decreases will occur in the future.
Prohibited use
Customers must not submit passwords, private access tokens, unlawful content or links they are not authorized to use.
